- Design: within 24 hours. You send a logo and we send a full mockup. No obligation.
- Approval: as fast as you decide. Change anything you like until it is right.
- Deposit. Production starts after the design is approved and the deposit is paid.
- Production and delivery: usually 15 to 20 days after approval and deposit, depending on the order, by tracked express courier.
Every order ships on its own, so a large order is not held up by a small one.
What can slow an order down
- A logo that needs redrawing. A clear file prevents this.
- Sizes sent in late, or changed after approval.
- Customs clearance, which can vary by shipment.
How to avoid a rush
Order four to six weeks before you need the crew in uniform. Send your logo and sizes together and approve the design the same day you see it. Start with the free design. It costs nothing to look.
